Hi i am looking for a module that shows on the front end as a thumbnail that when clicked opens up in a lightbox with the whole album. I have tried mediabox, sexy lightbox and universal lightbox and they all show as the thumbnails with all of the pictures. Not sure if i am doing something wrong.

you can clearly see that in our demo http://artetics.com/art-sexy-lightbox gallery effects can be achieved using the Art Sexy Lightbox.. Hopefully this answers your question :)
