Bubble rollover

I set up an Art Timeline and the bubble rollover is unpredictable. When I roll my mouse over an event, the information bubble often flashes but does not stay up on the screen. The timeline looks ok with Mozilla Firefox, but I am getting a broken link image in other browsers. Please see the attached file (Explorer 7, but I get the same in 8).
