Your free ArtClock Joomla extension seems to have a minor bug - which can be seen on your own demo page for the clock. Specifying a clock with GMTOffset=0 and GMTOffset=1 produces the same result. All other offsets seem to work correctly. See the London and Paris clocks on your demo site. Thanks

Your free ArtClock Joomla extension seems to have a minor bug - which can be seen on your own demo page for the clock. Specifying a clock with GMTOffset=0 and GMTOffset=1 produces the same result. All other offsets seem to work correctly. See the London and Paris clocks on your demo site.
