Art Calendar
Art Calendar allows you to display a highly-configurable calendar and events. Add Google Calendar events to your calendar.
Creating a New Event

Click the blue "+new" button at top right of Art Calendar's Event administrator interface. Give the event a name.

Add a location by toggling the "Add Location" toggle button to on and then enter your location address or description into the locate field and click the "Locate" button. Don't forget to select a calendar from the "Calendar" dropdown. This is the calendar where this event will be displayed.

After you click the blue "Save" button your event will show up on the front end of the calendar. Clicking on the event on the front end will launch the event details modal which will display information about the event.
Event Field Definitions
| Field | Type | Description |

| Title | Text | Give the event a title to help you remember it's purpose. This will show up on the front-end of the calendar |
| Start Date | Datepicker | Select the date when the event should start |
| Start Time | Timepicker | Select the time when the event should start |
| End Time | Timepicker | Select the time when the event should end |
| End Date | Datepicker | Select the date when the event should end |
| Add Location | Toggle | Toggle the "Add Location" button to add a location to your event. This toggle has to be turned on to add an event and must remained turned on if you want your location to show on the front-end of the calendar |
| Calendar | Select | Select from a dropdown of your calendars and choose the calendar where this event should be displayed |
| Description | Textarea | Describe the event to help you remember it's purpose. This will show on the front-end so adding additional details about the event is useful |
| Published | Toggle | Toggle the event published or unpublished |
| All Day | Toggle | When All Day is turned on it will make the event be set to last all day for the specified date. If turned off the event will start at end at the set start and end times |
| Recurring | Toggle | Turn on our off the recurring functionality |
| Select Recurring Frequency | Select | This field only shows if the Recurring toggle is turned on. Select what frequency this event will recur: Daily, Weekly, Monthly |
| URL | Text | Enter a link |
| Add Images | Toggle | When toggled on a media gallery will open so you can start adding images either from your server or you can upload them to your server. Click the green plus sign button at the right to add more images. These images are displayed on the front-end in the event details modal in a gallery |
| Add Attachments | Toggle | When toggled on a file upload field will be displayed so you can start adding upload file attachmen ts to your server. Click the green plus sign button at the right to add more files. Attachments are displayed on the front-end in the event details modal in a list with links so site visitors can download the files |
