Art Data not Workung

I bought Art-Data for Joomla on May 25. Installation worked fine on Joomla 5.

But Art-Data does not work as expected:
Major issue is, that saving a Visualizations ends up with php errors.
Also creating tables don't save and Visualiszation from SQL also does not work.

Second issue is the update / version number:
Installation files have the version number 2.3.2
The installed version from these installation files shows version number 2.3.1 for Data Module and Data Plugin and 2.3.2 for Art Data Admin.
The update using Joomla stops with an error connecting to server: 404

I did not get any response on my support ticket TECH-0000000733 which was issued on May 25.

Please advise how to fix these issues.
