Resolved mod_artfeaturecarousel_j25_v1_9_3.zip will not install !

I am rebuilding http://www.aus4017.com in the latest Joomla version and have downloaded mod_artfeaturecarousel_j25_v1_9_3, but it will not install.

Any advice/guidance would be greatly appreciated asap. Thank you.
