Resolved Menu Links Incorrect

I recently installed the Art Wijmo Menu - and focussed on the look. I got the menu how I like it visually, but when I went to use it...it doesn't link correctly.

For example, the url is http://prestigepcs.com/

On the previous menu I was using, when you click on "Pest Control", it would correctly go to http://prestigepcs.com/pest-control

With the Art Wijmo Menu, that has changed to http://prestigepcs.com/?id=1 which is incorrect.

Since I did modify the looks of the menu a little, I figured maybe, though unlikely, I broke a code or something. So I re-uploaded the unmodified file, and there was no difference other than the appearance changed back to original. Operationally it is still messed up.

What can I do to correct this?

If I turn off Search Engine Friendly URL's it seems to resolve the issue. However, I really dont want to do that
