If you have purchased an extension from us we provide exclusive access to hands on support from our team. Please login to your Artetics.com acct and navigate here and submit a support ticket: https://www.artetics.com/support/submit-a-support-ticket. Support tickets are handled much faster than forum requests.

If you've bought a paid extension then please speak directly with our team and don't post to the support forum. The support forum is meant as a place for users of free extensions to help each other and find answers not as a place for our staff to deal with urgent support issues.
