No title or pointer change to show link?

Hi there, love your art dock. used it on my old site and now am putting it on my new joomla 3 site. However, titles are not showing and the cursor doesnt change on hover to indicate link. Can you look at my dev site and see if you can tell why the title is not showing? I saw your demo did not show cursor changing either so maybe that is not a feature?
Anyways, any help you can offer would be great.
