Image Does Not PoPup: Loads in New Page

I've successfully been able to upload the extension and set up the module. The images do display. But when I click on the thumbnail, the images load in a new page instead of a popup.

I scanned my code and do not see any duplicates of jQuery running. I have jQuery enabled in the settings.

Possible solutions that I can try?
