Resolved events / calendar group // no support

We create a new event in this month, but it´s nothing to see - how we can activate events?
It´s not possible to save a "calendar group" (Firefox and Chrome) - do you have a solution for this problem?

And I am not happy about the support. This is not a free extension. And we get NO answer after a few weeks, when we send some E-Mails.
