Customers of Artetics,

We want to first thank you for purchasing our extensions and hope that they work perfect for your development process in order to better assist the creations of your beautiful websites. Please note that our company receives anywhere from 20-50 orders each day 365 days a year. We are not complaining at all but are asking that you understand this process and with these numbers being divulged - support at times can seem bogged down, un-responsive, NOT helpful or at times very insufficient.

Please rest assured that all tickets have been received and are being worked on diligently. We cannot be in business if we DO NOT satisfy our customers, therefor please note that we DO need your business in order to succeed in life (that statement we are not denying) but to get frustrated or immediately threaten our company with JED reviews or blogs or vice versa is completely UN TOLERABLE AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ABSOLUTE 0 POLICY!!!!!

You can easily request a refund and we will be glad to process this refund almost faster then you can blink, but to try and ruin our reputation because you didn't receive support fast enough or because we did not go over the top for your requests is completely wrong and utterly FALSE! Please refrain from trying to tarnish our name because your Joomla! instance did not work well out the box with our extensions - simply just request a refund and go about your business.

Our extensions and plugins are legendary and have been available in the community of Joomla for almost 3 years now! There is no reason that we cannot fix or help any paying customer that has come through our business or company as we have done millions of times, but please WAIT YOUR TURN <-- it is not fair that 45 people are patient before you, but you are the crazy one who wants support in 1 minute or else... these messages are simply deleted and go straight to our trashcan (true story).

We have a great privacy policy and terms of service in place that we will use if FORCED and it is always in effect the second YOU PURCHASE AN EXTENSION OR PLUGIN.
