Resolved View all events displayed twice

The \"View all events\" link is displayed twice. The attached image shows how it looks.
I tried to hide .artViewAllEvents using CSS, but the additional links to switch months and years are still visible.
How do we fix it?

ArtCalendar version: don\'t know - downloaded yesterday
Joomla version: 3.2.2
