Resolved k2 Item Events URL are not Search Engine Optimized

Hi Artetics Team:

I installed Art Calendar on my site and set it to display k2 category calendar. Now I see each event in the calendar is linking directly to the k2 item but the URL does not use the k2 url alias for better SEO.

For example it is linking to:
/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=10

I want it to have this format:
/component/k2/item/10-itemAlias

Note: 10 is refering to the k2 item id number as an example

Or even better to follow the Joomla menu url format:
/menu-item-url-of-art-calendar/k2item-allias

Can this be done by modifying the php? Please give me some hint as to which file and how to edit.
