We have been working behind the scenes for the last 4 months on the next generation Art Data version 2.2.0. The previous version is 1.7.6. The significant difference in version number is indicative of the scope of changes coming to Art Data. We are completely changing the way Art Data works, looks and functions in every way.
As you may already know, Joomla 2.5 reached its end of life at the end of December 2014. Because official Joomla 2.5 support has been discontinued, we are also discontinuing our Joomla 2.5 extensions. All of our current J2.5 extensions will still be available they just will not be receiving some of the great and innovative updates that are coming to many of our Joomla 3.x extensions.
As you may know, Artetics.com came under new ownership at the beginning of January. After getting to know some of the extensions and exploring the site, we started working on a new look and feel with an emphasis on customer support.
