the code {artclock seconds="noSeconds" radius="70" skin="swissRail" GMTOffset="+3"/} is not working on Custom HTML modules i have the plug-in enable if i put it in a article it is showing but not in custom modules i need this to work on custom module because their are some more things for me to display

Joomla! does not process plugin tags in areas other than articles so this is normal behavior.
