Hi,

I recently installed Art Pretty Photo and would like to know if there is any way I can display desciptions from my flickr album?

Essentially I need it so that when a user opens an image and it appears in the middle of the screen, the image description would be retrieved from flickr and displyed beneath the photo.

Hello,

Currently the extension is designed to retrieve image title and show it in the lightbox. Do you need to show description instead of title? This will require additional request to Flickr server because of limitation of Flickr API.

Yes I need to show the description below the photo inside the light box. Is it possible to tell me how to do this?

Flickr API does not return image description in a JSON from the server. Right now we can only get and show image title.

To get the description we will need to send additions request to Flickr API for each image - this is the limitation of Flickr API and there is no other way. This can cause performance issue. If this suits you we can add this functionality for you.
