Art Sexy Lightbox extension has been updated to version 1.0.8 and now it uses Flickr API to display photosets.

  Support for multiple Flickr sets on one page
  previewWidth, previewHeight params can be set in plugin settings
  Default spacing between images added
  hideContent="true" attribute added to hide inline content
  Sort attribute added
  Is not case sensitive to image extensions
