 Art Data now has new smart translation tool called Art Text Translate - it allows to translate any text on the page to various languages in a fancy popup.
Art Data is a collection of various plugins (currently there are 34 plugins (!)) to show tables, charts, graphs, images, translation tools, etc. - all of these are included in its small price of $33. Please have a look at demo.
